Over the next 12 months, the basic educational, research, patient care and community service operations of the UNT Health Science Center will cost well over $140 million.

Many people are surprised to learn that less than half that amount will be funded by the State of Texas – an allotment dependent on the Texas economy and competing public needs.

We must increasingly rely on tuition, sponsored research, clinical fees – and charitable donations – to achieve our goals.

Members of our President’s Cabinet lead the way. How? By making annual, unrestricted donations of $1,000 or more to The Fund for Excellence.

Join the President's Cabinet and your annual donations will support institutional priorities, community relations efforts, new research initiatives, student projects, faculty recruitment, alumni programs, innovations in patient care, campus improvements — and many other activities that have great importance and impact, but that limited state dollars cannot cover.
