An up-charge of 25% of total hourly charge will be added to all RUSH jobs.

A COMPLETED WORK ORDER SIGNED BY ACCOUNT HOLDER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL WORK REQUESTS

Only one piece of equipment/system or task per work order

 

Inspections, ID Badges, and Online course development

Inspections and repairs are charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour (except the prisons)

Prison inspections are billed at $243.13 for 4 hours (set by Correctional Medicine contract with prisons). Repairs are billed at $75.00 per hour (rare)

New Access ID cards are $25.00 each
Replacement ID cards are $20.00 each
FAC cards are $10.00 each
Contractor cards are $10.00 each
Other non-Access cards range from $1.00 - $5.00 depending on quantity and purpose

Blackboard Learning Management System online course development: currently no charge (subject to change as agreements for services with UNT Denton change)
