Non-UNTHSC entities (on-campus)
Point-to-point videoconference, $100 per hour and connectivity testing charge of  $50 per hour

Non-UNTHSC entities (ie. Plaza Medical Medical Center non-UNTHSC off-site support)
Point-to-point videoconference, $150 per hour and connectivity testing charge of $200 per hour

UNTHSC –UNT thesis defense-student rate
No connectivity test charge and $15 per hour

UNTHSC – external site – student rate
$20 per hour connectivity test charge and $20 per hour

Webcast set up
$25 per event
Q&A for most webcast events is facilitated through a toll-free 1-800 phone connection. If there are any associated phone charges these will be added to the total charge.

Any additional costs incurred in connecting UNTHSC to other videoconference sites will be charged to the requesting client. Please contact the Videoconference Coordinator for any questions regarding your videoconference. To receive the UNTHSC pricing, the activity request must be submitted with a UNTHSC account number.
