The Copier Services is responsible for coordinating copier rentals for the institution. Every attempt is made to match each requestor’s needs to the most economical copier that is available on state contract. Our goal is to provide excellence in service, while meeting the expectations of the institution's faculty and staff.

To request copier supplies, report a problem, or any other needs related to the rental copiers we administer, please contact the Copier Services at

Your department will be charged for all paper ordered for your printers and fax machines as well as any paper that exceeds your annual copier allotment.

All supplies ordered can be picked up in Biomedical Communications
(LIB 136) or delivered by Central Receiving.
