New Room Scheduling Training
The HSC has implemented a new Event Management System for scheduling classrooms, meeting rooms or outdoor space. This system will replace the current online Room Scheduling system beginning August 1. If you are responsible for scheduling academic courses, meetings, conferences, faculty/staff development training, social events, etc., please plan to attend a session. The new EMS system will allow you to schedule, edit, and cancel classes or events. In addition, A/V requests can be arranged in the system. You can manage your courses and/or events using confirmation emails or .pdf files, outlook calendar items, and/or the Academic Course Request Form.
