Lose weight and build lasting healthy habits with Team Lose It!
Team Lose It! incorporates exercise, nutrition and accountability to ensure your weight loss success. If you have struggled with weight loss, regained weight that had been lost previously or feel lost when it comes to reaching your weight loss goals, this program is for you.
Team Lose It! requires an application, and only five applicants will be selected. The program will begin with a meeting on Friday, Feb. 1, from 1 to 2 p.m. Workouts will begin the following week, every Monday and Wednesday, 1 to 1:45 p.m., for 12 weeks. Attendance is mandatory and exercise outside the group workouts will be required for success. While this program demands a high level of commitment, you'll be part of a fitness family that will make it easy and fun. Before you know it, you will begin to look forward to exercise and enjoy fueling your body with healthy foods. Many of our participants have seen continued weight loss after the end of the program and now participate in other FAC programs.
