The Financial Aid Office knows that paying for graduate or professional school can be an overwhelming experience for students. It is our goal to provide you, our students, with financial assistance and advice to help you manage the costs associated with your educational pursuits.

Please check your HSC email account for important information regarding your enrollment and financial aid.

2012-2013 Disbursement Dates

Disbursement Dates are typically scheduled for about a week before classes start.  If you have accepted aid, completed all documentation (i.e. mpn, entrance counseling, verification) and are enrolled at least half-time, this is the date the Financial Aid Office will begin disbursing aid.  You will NOT receive your aid on this day. Student Financials has 14 days after aid has disbursed to issue refunds to you.  Please contact Student Finance regarding refund questions (StudentFin@unthsc.edu).

**Disbursement: the day we request the funds to be sent to UNTHSC, NOT the day you receive them.

We are working diligently to process awarding for the 2012-2013 academic year (Summer 2012/Fall 2012/Spring 2013). Please watch your email account for notification of financial aid awards over the next two weeks.

 General Scholarship Application recipients will be notified in early June.
