FAC Boot Camp
Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of ways that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.
Start Date: May 21st, 2012
Location: Meet in the FAC Group Exercise Room, but most classes will be held outdoors. You MUST bring your own workout mat or towel for outdoor exercise.
Times:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30a.m.-7:15a.m.
Classes will run for 6 weeks.
Pre & Post Assessment Evaluations upon request.
Maximum number of boot campers is 16 per class time.
Minimum number of 8 sign ups.
$35 per individual
