A class that will transform your physique and your performance. Boot camp combines strength training, speed and agility drills, fitness games and more. It's catered to all levels, so you get a challenge no matter your current fitness level. This class is a fee based class and requires registration. Exercises help to create the ideal postural alignment. The principles of this conditioning program are designed to build leaner muscle, increase core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well decrease general pains. Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. Pilates is appropriate for people of all fitness levels.
An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. An intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.
This class combines core and leg strength training exercises with cardio intervals to torch calories while you tone and tighten your lower body and torso!
PiYo
A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension and improve posture.
Sculpt
Featuring barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometrics, body weight strength exercises and cardio intervals, this class will improve strength and give you that toned physique you desire! (This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 30 minutes prior to class start time.)
