Cell Biology Faculty Positions The Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy of the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth invites applications for multiple state-supported, tenure-track positions. Ranked among the top 50 medical schools for seven consecutive years, the University of North Texas Health Science Center is a 33-acre graduate school located in the city’s Cultural District with a local economic impact of $500 million annually. The successful candidates must have a Ph.D., M.D., D.O., or equivalent degrees and have funded research programs in the broad areas of cell and/or developmental biology and contribute to the teaching mission of the university. Current areas of research excellence include cancer biology, visual sciences, HIV-1 biology, cellular and molecular fluorescence spectroscopy/imaging and forensic genetics.
