Operational Services

Construction Management Services Provides for the management of renovation and new construction type projects. Manages all built facilities plans and floor plans, and provides interior design services, as well as all painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance and landscaping.

Custodial Services- Provides for the cleaning of the interiors of facilities to include floors, restrooms, stairwells, dusting vertical and horizontal surfaces, trash, re-supply of paper tissue and towels, and pick up of recycling.

Facilities Management Services - Provides for space management, Set-Ups/ Moves/Assembling, Event Set-Ups, furniture installation, modular furniture re-configuration, internal purchase orders, budget management and construction contracts. Supervises and manages all real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases. Responsibilities also include signage, fleet management as well as all locks and doors.

Utilities and Energy Management - Manages the work control system for the campus. Operates heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems in all campus buildings. Operates electrical systems, including the power supply for lights, computers, fire alarms, communications, equipment monitoring, security systems, emergency power and lighting. Responsibilities include all plumbing repairs, electrical, and elevator operations.
