Our Sports Medicine Division serves the needs of athletes and the physically active both in acute-care situations and over site of long-term rehabilitation. The Seminary Clinic provides for rapid access to evaluation with on-site x-ray capacity and staffing with a Sports Medicine Specialist five days a week. With Fellowship training in Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Dr. Mann is able to biomechanically evaluate all sports, industrial, and activity-related injuries in a way that maximizes the utilization of physical therapy, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, medication, and/or surgical referral if indicated. Our Sports Medicine Division is happy to work with any referring family physician or specialist in consultation to help maximize their patient's recovery.

The division provides medical support for FWISD teams, Cowtown Marathon, Rugby Tournaments, Ice Hockey, Judo Tournaments, Wrestling Tournaments, Boxing, Bicycle Races, UNT Athletics, and numerous other community events. We provide training opportunities for medical students and residents to advance their sports medicine and rehabilitation knowledge. Our goal is to provide superior access to acute-care Sports Medicine expertise, as well as comprehensive over site of any rehabilitation required for a rapid and maximal return to full activity!
