Jennifer M. Trevino, MBA
Chief of Staff
Jennifer provides general administrative support to President Scott Ransom and supervises employees in the Office of the President. She also provides leadership in developing and executing the strategic plans of the Health Science Center.
Jennifer has served in several roles since she joined the organization in March 2007, including Administrative Director for the Health Institutes of Texas, Director of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Acting Chief of Staff. Prior to joining the Health Science Center, Jennifer was a Product Marketing Manager for RadioShack. She holds an MBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Jennifer is an active member of several associations including the Fort Worth Chapter of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas, the Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, and Leadership Fort Worth, Class of 2009.

Gayanne Clemens
Executive Director
Gayanne came to UNTHSC in 1999. She provides oversight of administrative operations in the Office of the President, serving as assistant to the President and his Chief of Staff.
A life-long citizen of Fort Worth, Gayanne majored in business administration at Texas Wesleyan College. Before arriving at the Health Science Center, she was Executive assistant to the president of a local commercial real estate firm for over 20 years.

Lori Fielding, MEd
Senior Executive Assistant
Lori provides administrative support for the office. Her main duties include assisting the President's Office staff, serving as the ITS Liasion and Safety Coordinator, preparing and monitoring requisitions, and aiding with special events for the University.
Lori served as a Senior Financial Aid Counselor at the UNTHSC and was an Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Vice Chancellor and General Counselor for the University of North Texas System. She received a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Shea Patterson-Young
Administrator for Special Events
Shea has been with the Health Science Center for six years. She is responsible for all aspects of events that are sponsored by the President and the Office of Marketing. This is a diverse range from small events for 20 to large events for 2000. Shea also consults with other departments if they need advice on upcoming events. In addition to events, Shea manages the Atrium Art Gallery on the Health Science Center campus.
Shea is a native Texan. She was educated at Texas Tech University. Shea was formerly the General Manager of Art Savvy International, and the Inventory and Retail Accounts Coordinator at the Kimbell Art Museum.
