Requesting Transcripts

 

Academic transcripts are copies of the official permanent record of a student's approved academic course work, including academic marks, scholarships and degrees.  To be considered "official", the document must be signed or "sealed" by the registrar of the institution to ensure that the true record has been transmitted.

Alumni and current students may obtain copies of their transcripts by submitting the transcript request form to the Office of the Registrar.

Official transcripts are $4.00 each.  Payment by check or money order must be included with request. 

Cash payment is appropriate only if request is made in person.

Appropriate payment of all university tuition and fees must be made before transcripts are released.

Transcripts will be processed within two working days.

NOTE: Alteration of academic records or transcripts with the intent to use such a document fraudulently is a crime punishable by law. The penalty is a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or confinement in the county jail for a period not to exceed one year.
