Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

NTACHC, Inc, a federally qualified health center is actively seeking a Physician Assistant to provide high quality primary care services to patients of all ages at NTACHC Site(s).The ideal candidate should be committed to helping the patient population (includes uninsured and underinsured) reach optimal health and support the plans and operations to become a patient centered medical home. The candidate will provide direct patient care as outlined in the NTACHC employment contract including diagnoses, treatment and/or proper referral while maintaining expected medical standards.Should be able to evaluate patients in a timely and courteous manner and be comfortable seeing an average of at least 25 patients/day. Should be comfortable taking care of pediatric and OB/GYN patients. The facilities currently use NextGen EHR to support patient clinical care. The ideal candidate should be familiar with electronic health records and be comfortable using the system and appropriately chart medical records in a timely manner.Must have great communication skills and the ability to talk with patients and determine health needs in a compassionate manner.
