Home health assessments and physicals (medicare patients / adult only)
Full time 40 hours per week (flexible part time also available)
Approx. 4-5 patients per day w/in the area
Competitive pay plus mileage reimbursement as a 1099 independent contractor
Active TX license and NPI # required
Malpractice insurance and supervising physician provided
