Lead Physician Assistant
Salary: $90-100k + bonus
Legacy Male Health Institute is looking for a qualified Physician Assistant to help grow a quality Low T Program. Dr. Jeffrey P Buch, MD is one of the most respected physicians in his specialty across the country. This exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate will be able to train under Dr. Buch for around 1-2 months and then start consulting patients on their own. The intention of the practice is quality care, not about the quantity of patients seen per day. Hours are 8-5 pm Monday-Thursday and 8-2 pm on Fridays.
Duties of practice to PA: Dr. Buch and the practice will afford all reasonable effort and resources to assist PA in the development of a successful practice, including appropriate marketing.
Duties of PA to practice: PA will make every reasonable effort to produce revenue equal to and preferably exceeding the cost of his salary, benefits and proportionate share of overhead. Furthermore, PA will be expected to have day to day practice duties that include, but are not limited to, seeing patients in clinic, assisting with procedures in office or in outpatient surgery, assisting in marketing of the practice-including after-hours business promotion activities such as dinners, seminars etc., and call coverage for Dr. Buch when he is out of town or otherwise unavailable, development of PA practices within the context of referring doctor offices in the nearby geographic area.
Salary and benefits are competitive. Base salary + a bonus structure is included, as well as health/dental benefits and 401K.
