 90,000
Each provider could see up to 7 patients per day. Generally, our contracted rate with an agency is $85 per assessment for NPs & $100 per assessment for physicians. We are looking for available providers in Florida and Alabama. For Florida our greatest need is in Orange & Osceola counties. We do have membership in Seminole and Polk counties, but would hope that these areas could be covered by a provider located in one of the larger areas. For Alabama our greatest need is in Jefferson, St. Clair, & Montgomery counties, but would also have some need in Shelby, Blount, Autauga, Elmore, & Pike counties. Perform H&p's in home assessments
