No “medication only management” and no pain pumps. Perks of the job: Pay is awesome; Option of salary only or a base with bonus structure. Benefits included if wanted. Malpractice coverage included. It is truly a job that allows you to have the best of work and personal life. You’ll work with a very personable and caring doctor who allows for a large amount of autonomous practice, but is always available, amazingly fun, easy going, and dedicated staff, and really great patients. The hours are variable, but a typical week is rarely over 40 hours. You are in surgery twice weekly and see patients in the office the rest of the week.(This really helps to add variety.) The hospital staff we work with is fantastic. I’ll be helping to train you along with the physician. We will teach you all that you need to know for an ease and seamless transition. I will be available to you as you transition into the job. Please feel free to call or email me your resume: Erica Kafka, PA-C, MPAS 817-739-4123 or 817-810-0500 elakafka@gmail.com
