Physician Assistant Opportunity High volume, Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon seeking full-time PA-C to assist and manage clinic based orthopedic patients in the Flower Mound – Lewisville area. Employment Expectations Include: • Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform initial and follow up physical examinations • Develop treatment plans for patient and provide case management • Provide Operating Room assistance as necessary • Schedule surgical procedures and diagnostic tests as warranted • Prescribe and monitor patient medications • Cast application • Review and interpret lab and diagnostic test results • Must have the ability to learn and efficiently navigate through Electronic Medical Records (Phoenix Ortho), Practice Management System (Centricity), Windows and Outlook • Maintain appropriate billing and coding practices • Monday – Friday (except for call weekends) • Meet On-call obligations (one night per week + every 7th weekend) • Hospital rounding • Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply Benefits: • Paid malpractice, licensure, and professional membership dues • CME allowance • 18 PTO days + 5 CME days provided • $1500 CME allowance • Salary based on experience + bonuses • Health insurance • 401(k) retirement plan *Qualified candidate must possess current unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant License Interested candidates email CV to sherrillh@orthoassociates.org Website Information: www.orthopedicassociates.org Physician Information: Michael J.
