Fall 2009 Degree Candidates
Should you determine that you will not meet the deadlines for graduation this semester, please notify the GSBS Office of Admissions and Services immediately.
July 31, 2009 - Deadline to file Intent to Graduate
December 4, 2009 - Last day for candidates to remove all grades of 'I' in courses required for the degree; file all required forms including the signature page; and upload your electronic document into the ProQuest system for electronic filing. Failure to meet this deadline will delay your graduation to the following semester.
March 1, 2010 - Last day to place orders for academic regalia (caps and gowns) and commencement announcements in the Office of the Registrar

Spring 2010 Degree Candidates
Should you determine that you will not meet the deadlines for graduation this semester, please notify the GSBS Office of Admissions and Services immediately.
November 20, 2009 - Latest date recommended for scheduling defense for all students that must satisfy the practicum/thesis/dissertation requirement Remember to allow time to make revisions mandated by the advisory committee. It is STRONGLY recommended that a final draft of your practicum report, thesis, or dissertation is distributed to the advisory committee at least two weeks prior to the defense date.
