The PharmD application process will use PharmCAS starting early in June 2013* for admission in fall 2014. If you are interested in seeking admission to this program, the information below will guide you in completing the application process.
The fall 2014 application cycle is anticipated to open June 2014* with a deadline of December 2, 2013. It takes 4-5 weeks for PharmCAS to verify all of your submitted application material. Please do not wait until the last minute to submit and pay for your applications!
Step ONE: Complete and submit the PharmCAS on-line application. You will also complete and submit a UNT System College of Pharmacy Supplemental on-line application.
The PharmCAS application will ask for the following:
- PCAT scores (do not submit to UNT System College of Pharmacy)
- Biographical information
- Personal data
- Institutions attended
- Official US transcript(s)
- Coursework
- Extracurricular activities
- Work experience
- Letters of reference (three only)
- PharmCAS application fee
Step TWO: You are required to complete the UNT System College of Pharmacy SUPPLEMENTAL on-line application. The supplemental application will be due December 16, 2013 for the following fall (2014) entry semester.
Before you begin the supplemental application, obtain your PharmCAS ID number by creating a PharmCAS login account. Your PharmCAS ID Number will be required for completion of the PharmD supplemental application. It is very important that you enter your PharmCAS ID Number correctly into the Supplemental Application.
Submission of your PharmD supplemental application and NON-REFUNDABLE fee ($75) are both required in order for your PharmD supplemental application to be considered "complete." Make payment via cashier’s check or money order to UNT System College of Pharmacy. Mail to the following address:

If you are admitted into the UNT System College of Pharmacy, you will be asked to submit official transcripts from ALL institutions you have attended. All official transcripts must be mailed from your college or university directly to our institution at the address listed above. Ensure that your institution understands that the College of Pharmacy must be designated in the address, as we are one of five professional programs located at UNTHSC. Failure to address correctly will result in your transcript(s) becoming lost.
