The School of Public Health is one of four professional schools within the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
The School of Public Health offers the Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree. MPH students may choose to specialize in one of seven concentrations or one of four concentrations in the DrPH program.
The School has been granted preliminary authority by the Texas Education Coordinating Board to offer the Master of Health Administration degree effective Fall 2008.

| The University of North Texas Health Science Center is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). Additionally, the School of Public Health is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) for a full 5-year term. The School of Public Health of UNTHSC is one of only 37 accredited SPHs in the US. |
