Celebrate National Public Health Week April 2-8 Our School of Public Health is collaborating with the University of Texas School of Public Health, Texas A&M School of Rural Public Health, Texas Public Health Training Center, the Texas Public Health Association and the Texas Association of Local Health Officials to host different public health activities across the state throughout the week. This year’s theme for National Public Health Week is “Preparedness and Public Health Threats: Addressing the Unique Needs of the Nation’s Vulnerable Populations.” A highlight of the week will be a School of Public Health Open House on Wednesday, April 4. All employees and students are invited to attend.
