Inaugural Countdown: Note these new details

The inauguration of Dr. Scott B. Ransom is less than a month away. Along with the Inaugural Ceremony on Friday, Oct. 19, other events include a Campus Celebration with live music and a pasta dinner, and the annual DO Dash 5k and Community Health Fair. You can find details on all inaugural events on the Inauguration Web site.

Transportation to/from the Inaugural Ceremony…
Buses will transport faculty, staff and students from the Health Science Center to the Convention Center and back. Buses will run from noon to 6pm. Catch the bus on Clifton St. between the RES Building and the West Parking Garage.

Classes on Friday, Oct. 19…
TCOM: Classes are cancelled after noon for on-campus students. The only exception is for Year 3 TCOM students who have tests that could not be rescheduled.
GSBS: Classes are cancelled after noon.
SPH: Classes are cancelled all day.
PASP: Classes are cancelled after noon.

Clinics on Friday, Oct. 19…
All UNT Health Clinics will be closed after noon, but JPS clinics will remain open all day.
