Cowtown Marathon celebrates 30 years

Be a part of the 30th anniversary of the Cowtown Marathon and other running events, Saturday, Feb. 23. The marathon, half marathon and ultra marathon begin at 7:30 am; the adult 5K and 10K begin at 8:15 am; and the kids 5K begins at 9 am.

The Health Science Center, original founder of the Cowtown, is one of this year's presenters, and Dr. Christopher Mann, UNT Health, will help spearhead the medical team assigned to treat the Cowtown participants. Look for the Health Science Center booth at the expo.

The Health Science Center also is sponsoring two teams this year. Both teams are made up of Health Science Center students and employees, so cheer them on while you’re there!
