Here is a sneak peek at the new PHE building, courtesy of a conceptual drawing from Jacobs Carter Burgess, the architectural firm designing the building.
Inside the 116,000-square-foot building will be:
- Two 250-seat auditorium-style classrooms that can be joined into one 500-seat space, with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment (first and second floors)
- Size-flexible conference and meeting facilities on the first floor, which will allow for groups as small as 25, but can also be large enough to house Research Appreciation Day (first floor)
- A small café-style eating area (first floor)
- Additional classroom and meeting space, separated from the auditorium by a 35-foot atrium (second floor)
- A large osteopathic manipulative medicine training room (third floor)
- A new, state-of-the-art patient simulator training facility (third floor)
- Office space for our growing faculty (fourth and fifth floors)
