Jon McGough, JD, associate general counsel for the UNT System, was invited to speak at the Tarrant County Bar Association’s first Intellectual Property Symposium.  The symposium, which is today at Texas Wesleyan University, focuses on leveraging intellectual property assets for business success.

Kathryn Cardarelli, PhD, assistant professor of epidemiology, will speak at the Health Industry Council’s Disparity in Healthcare event on March 5. The event’s focus: finding solutions for health disparities in North Texas.  Dr. Cardarelli is the director of outreach for the Texas Center for Health Disparities at the Health Science Center.
