All salaried employees are eligible to contribute to a voluntary TDA through payroll deduction. You also may hear these accounts referred to as 403(b) plans, 457(b) deferred compensation plans, or Tax Sheltered Annuities (TSA). The maximum allowable contribution is $15,500 annually.
