The Public Health Student Association is involved in the development of school curriculum in several important ways. Master and Doctoral Representatives serve on the SPH Curriculum Committee which meets every month to review school-wide curriculum issues. Curriculum Committee minutes are available for review on the School of Public Health website.
At monthly PHSA meetings, the curriculum representatives review significant curricular changes with the student body. Students have an opportunity to provide feedback to the committee through the representatives at this time or by emailing comments and concerns to PHSA. Periodically, specific curriculum information will be posted to the PHSA website to provide students with updates on policies and/or procedures that impact degree programs. Below is information related to the development of the new DrPH and PhD and how students can request a transfer to one of these programs.
