Be a Member of the APHA and PHSC!

One of the goals of the Student Government of the PHSA is to have a strong presence within the American Public Health Association (APHA) and the Public Health Student Caucus (PHSC). There are many benefits in joining these organizations, such as participating on national committees. Although joining the APHA is a little pricey ($50/year) it is very worth your while. You'll receive a subscription of the American Journal of Public Health and the Nation's Health plus much more. To be a member of the PHSC, it only cost $5/year, BUT you must be a member of the APHA to join. However, you get a detailed newsletter and an abundance of opportunities! Look for links in this web site or contact anyone at PHSA for more information.
