Zeiss Axiovert 200M invert microscope
The Zeiss Axiovert 200M is an inverted microscope with Z-sectioning, time lapse and multichannel fluorescence imaging. It is an excellent microscope to screen epi-fluorescent labeling using filter sets: FITC, Rhodamine and DAPI that detect the most popular fluorescent labels. In addition, this microscope has brightfield, phase contrast and DIC optics. Image acquisition via a high speed Hamamatsu ORCA-ER digital camera and an AxioCam MRc5 color digital camera. Microscope is equipped with a 1.6X optivar and a 10X, 20X, and 40X (oil) objectives.
