Geriatric Resources

Gerontology Assessment and Planning (GAP)
A program designed to help both the frail elderly manage their multiple health problems and those over 65 who are well and wish to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Patient assessments are provided by a multi-disciplinary staff of physicians, social workers and geriatric nurse specialists who have furthered their education in the field to better understand and treat the complex needs of the older adult.

Geriatric Fellowship Program
The fellowship program trains physicians and dentists for geriatric patient care. Fellows are also trained to use their experience and expertise in areas of education, research, and other health-related programs.
