Sibel Karakelle is a National Government Scholar from Ankara, Turkey. She holds a B.S. and Master's degree from the University of Gazi in Turkey, a Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Music Education. She intends to teach at the college level as a professional education developer.
