Karendra Ramnunan is a jazz saxophone player and a Fulbright scholar from Durban, South Africa. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Natal in S.A. and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Music Education. He intends to teach at the college level. In addition to jazz studies, Karendra’s research interests include vocational and occupational preparation of musicians and music educators.
