OUR GOALS

1. Establish collaboration building on existing and new stakeholders who are committed to a coordinated approach to reducing infant mortality rates using the Life Course Perspective

2. Assess the awareness and understanding of the extent of infant mortality among community residents in targeted areas in Fort Worth having the highest infant mortality rates, and establish sustainable methods of communication with the residents.

3. Establish a strategic plan and a work plan as the foundation for identifying, creating, and implementing steps that will reduce infant mortality rates in the areas of Fort Worth including zip codes 76105, 76112, 76119, and 76120.
