Short Course on Cellular and Molecular Fluorescence
Where: University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX
When: November 30 to December 4, 2009
CCFT is a center at the University of North Texas Health Science Center pioneered by Drs. Ignacy Gryczynski and Zygmunt (Karol) Gryczynski, well known researchers in the field of fluorescence. The Center has biophysical and biochemical facilities equipped with modern high-tech instrumentation.

The course will cover the basic principles of fluorescence spectroscopy/ microscopy and advanced topics such as fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), fluorescence sensing and plasmonics. The course has been designed to have lectures in the morning followed by hands on experiments in the afternoon.
