Faculty and Staff.....$10 per person per month (membership to be paid via UNTHSC Payroll Deduction OR 1 year in full)

Faculty and Staff Dependants.....$10 per person per month (16-24 years of age; insurance eligible dependants ONLY)

Student and Staff Spouses.....$10 per person per month

Alumni.....$10 per person per month (UNTHSC Alumni ONLY)

Community Members.....$30 per person per month

Community Family.....$40 per family per month (Limit 2 persons from the same household)

Corporate Members.....$20 per month (Company's corporate membership must be approved by Director of Health Promotion)

**ALL Founders' Activity Center members are required to have an ID Badge.  The ID Badge fee is a one-time fee of $10, unless the ID Badge is lost.  All replacement badges are an additional $10 per replacement badge.**
