Welcome to the UNTHSC Reynolds Geriatric Education and Training in Texas (GET-IT) Program. As an initiative of the Geriatrics Division, the GET-IT Program was developed to help meet the growing need to train physicians in the care of the geriatric population.
This innovative program inaugurated in 2009 is in its second year supporting medical students, residents, faculty, and practicing physicians in their attitudes, knowledge, and skills in working with our aging population.
