N.B.: Picture captions are sometimes not submitted with pictures. In any case, captions may be the attempt at humor by the historians, the picture takers, or the webmaster. The only reason for the effort that goes behind these photos and descriptions is to provide the class with an interesting and fun archive that the class can enjoy. Please realize the idea behind these is to not have pictures that have prosaic descriptions like "picture1.jpg", "picture2.jpg", etc. In our endeavor to make the pictures more interesting by providing captions, please realize that the intent is not and never has been to offend or misrepresent anyone in any way. If you are umbrageous and dissatisfied about a picture or caption that involves you, please give us a chance to resolve any possible issues by sending an e-mail to the Site Manager (or submit a note to Box #281 if you like) with the desired modification, and it will be changed.
