Additional Information:  I may not be a rocket scientist but I can do the Robot Dance. I am the first in my family to go to medical school.  One of the primary reasons that I chose this field is my older sister's recovery from acute lymphocytic leukemia when I was 6 years old. She is currently traveling to really cool places as a nurse and told me to check out EMT classes during my first year of undergrad when I was actually interested in PT.  I may consider oncology.  I dedicate my studies to her and two friends that I lost along the way (one a co-paramedic).
