Collaborative partners in the program include the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine at Tulane Medical School, the TCU Department of Nutritional Sciences and the Moncrief Cancer Center.
An information session about the program will be held on Friday, November 22nd in MET 125 South from noon – 1:00 pm. Lunch will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Only eighteen slots are available for the program. If there are more than eighteen students interested, an onsite lottery for the slots will be held. You must be there to participate in the lottery, and reserve one of the eighteen available slots for the Culinary Medicine program.
