Your input is needed

Starting January 7, faculty and staff can share their opinions through the Health Science Center’s Higher Education Excellence Survey, which solicits feedback on work environment, pay and benefits, employee development, teamwork, organizational characteristics, communication and job satisfaction. The results will help develop projects, policies and programs that improve quality of work, productivity, retention, student learning and customer service, and are central to achieving our vision of becoming a top 10 health science center. Survey data will also help influence our Quality Enhancement Plan for Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) re-accreditation. Watch for more information.

The survey, available in English and Spanish, will be administered online. Paper versions will be available for employees without Internet access. The survey is anonymous—your name or identity will not be associated with your responses.

The Higher Education Excellence Survey is administered by the University of Texas - Austin School of Social Work and has been used by 44 institutions of higher education in Texas. The Health Science Center will be able to benchmark our results with those of the other institutions that have taken the survey. UNT HSC Logo
